“TRAINING ACCESS: Facilitare la formazione nelle competenze di base di persone adulte disoccupate con basso livello di qualifica”.
Promimpresa è partner del progetto europeo TRAINING ACCESS, un progetto biennale tra organizzazioni (pubbliche e private) spagnole (FTSI, il coordinatore del progetto), austriache (BEST), tedesche (Wisamar) e italiane (Promimpresa), co-finanziato dal programma Erasmus + dell’Unione Europea.
Il progetto è finanziato nell’ambito del programma KA2.
L’obiettivo principale di TRAINING ACCESS è quello di promuovere e facilitare la formazione nelle competenze di base di persone adulte disoccupate con basso livello di qualifica, in particolare i disoccupati di lungo periodo.
Vogliamo motivare e formare il gruppo target attraverso strumenti specifici adattati al loro apprendimento. In seguito saranno in grado di riorientare il loro percorso formativo-lavorativo verso un livello più alto.
Il prodotto finale consiste in una piattaforma per l’apprendimento delle competenze di base (lettura, scrittura, matematica e competenze digitali) e sarà il libero accesso al gruppo target e ai lavoratori professionali che lavorano con il collettivo. La piattaforma conterrà diversi materiali e strumenti per facilitare la motivazione verso le competenze di base per migliorare il loro livello di conoscenza. All’interno dei materiali della piattaforma di apprendimento, sarà progettato un gioco interattivo per la formazione al calcolo.
Durante l’esecuzione del progetto, ci saranno 320 disoccupati con basse qualifiche e 132 professionisti (educatori e responsabili di centri), tutti provenienti dai 4 paesi partecipanti (tedesco, Austria, Spagna e Italia).

Promimpresa is partner in the European project TRAINING ACCESS, a two year project between organizations (public and private) from Spain (FTSI, the project coordinator), Austria (BEST), Germany (Wisamar) and Italy (Promimpresa).co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
The project is funded within the KA2 programme.
The main objective of TRAINING ACCESS is to promote and to facilitate the training in basic competences of adult unemployed people with low level of qualification, especially long-term unemployed people.
We want to motivate and train the target group through specific tools adapted for their learning. Later they will be able to redirect their formative-work itinerary to a higher level.
The final product consists in a platform for learning basic skills (reading, writing, maths and digital skills) it will be free access to the target group and professional workers who work with the collective. The platform will contain different materials and tools to facilitate motivation towards the basic competences to improve their level of knowledge. Within the materials of the learning platform, will be designed an interactive game for the calculation training.
During the execution of the project, there will be 320 unemployed people with low qualifications and 132 professionals (educators and head of centers), all of them from the 4 participating countries (German, Austria, Spain and Italy) .
