To facilitate the transition between university education and access to employment, effectively promoting new job opportunities for young graduates and not only we regularly host local and international trainees, and mentor people to develop their project management competences as well as their soft skills. Trainees learn how to design a project idea, to identify the relevant funding opportunity in order to trigger changes in their community and in Europe.
