Promimpresa is a partner of the Erasmus+ project for the Innovation “Bridging the gap of in-company trainers soft-skills competences in the VET sector” (SoftComInVET). The project has a duration of 24 months, starting in November 2020.

Together with applicant ASSOCIACAO INTERCULTURAL AMIGOS DA MOBILIDADE (Portugal) and partners M&M Profuture Training, S.L. (Spain), Innovation Frontiers IKE (Greece) and EUROPEAN CENTER FOR QUALITY OOD (Bulgaria), Promimpresa is pursuing the goal of increasing VET quality.

The main aim of the project is to enhance the knowledge capacity of training mentors in EU SMEs companies, providing work placements for VET learners, and to improve their ability

to cope with the challenges they face by equipping them with a specific set of tools for soft skills development focused on ensuring high-quality work placements and efficient conveying of their practical knowledge to VET learners.

Specific objectives of SoftComInVET:

To provide these mentors with appropriate competencies and tools to monitor and manage their soft skills performance.

The project will accomplish this objective through the development of a soft skills self-reflection instrument for in-company trainers in SMEs, providing mobility placements.

To meet mentors’ needs of soft skills development for guaranteeing their professional welfare.

The project will accomplish this objective through the development of the Enhancing Manual for in-company trainers in SMEs, providing mobility placements.

To promote the exchange of good practices and to facilitate the effective collaboration between institutions, providing work placements for VET learners, on translational level.

The project will accomplish this objective through the development of the best practices compendium, presenting in-company trainers good practices in SMEs, providing mobility placements.

Promimpresa è partner del progetto Erasmus + per l’Innovazione “Bridging the gap of in-company trainers soft-skills competences in the VET sector” (SoftComInVET). Il progetto ha una durata di 24 mesi, a partire da novembre 2020.

Insieme al capofila ASSOCIACAO INTERCULTURAL AMIGOS DA MOBILIDADE (Portogallol) ed ai partner M&M Profuture Training, S.L. (Spagna), Innovation Frontiers IKE (Grecia) e EUROPEAN CENTER FOR QUALITY OOD (Bulgaria), Promimpresa persegue l’obiettivo di aumentare la qualità all’interno delle IeFP.

L’obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare le competenze dei formatori IeFp e dei tutor aziendali, durante i tirocini formativi, e migliorare le capacità degli studenti stessi per far fronte alle sfide che devono affrontare in vista dell’inserimento nel mercato del lavoro: attraverso un set specifico di strumenti per lo sviluppo delle soft skills focalizzati a garantire tirocini di alta qualità ed efficienti, i formatori ed i tutor IeFP potranno trasmettere le loro conoscenze pratiche agli studenti.

Obiettivi specifici di SoftComInVET:

Fornire a formatori e tutor (mentor) le competenze e gli strumenti appropriati per monitorare e gestire le prestazioni delle loro competenze trasversali.

Il progetto raggiungerà questo obiettivo attraverso lo sviluppo di uno strumento di auto-riflessione sulle competenze trasversali per i formatori interni alle PMI.

Rispondere alle esigenze dei tutor di sviluppo delle soft skills per garantire il loro benessere professionale.

Il progetto realizzerà questo obiettivo attraverso lo sviluppo del Manuale di miglioramento per i formatori interni alle PMI, fornendo tirocini in mobilità.
