(IPAL) Improving Instructional Practices in Adult Learning and Supporting Adult Trainers’ Professional Development (2020-1-ES01-KA204-082050)

Promimpresa is a partner of the Erasmus+ project for the Innovation “Improving Instructional Practices in Adult Learning and Supporting Adult Trainers’ Professional Development” (IPAL). The project has a duration of 24 months, starting in December 2020.

Together with applicant Tribeka Training Lab (Spain), and partners AKEP (Greece), EUROPEAN CENTER FOR QUALITY  (Bulgaria) and WISAMAR (Germany), Promimpresa is pursuing the goal of guaranteeing quality in adult education.

The main aim of the project is to extend and develop educator competencies, to develop tools to monitor the effectiveness of adult learning policies and to introduce innovative practices in a Digital Era. 

Specific objectives of IPAL project are:

1. DEVELOPMENT of MONITORING TOOLS

to increase awareness and culture of quality and relevance in adult education organisations

2. DEVELOPMENT of TRAINING RESOURCES

to increase educators specific skills and to provide continuing professional development

IPAL primary target groups are: ADULT EDUCATION PROVIDERS (ORGANISATIONS) and  ADULT EDUCATORS (TRAINERS): through the 3 intellectual outputs, IPAL addresses them to guarantee the CPD of the trainers and the quality of the organisations.

Last week (January 7th and 8th), the Kick Off Meeting took place online! 

Promimpresa è partner del progetto Erasmus + per l’innovazione “Migliorare le pratiche didattiche nell’apprendimento degli adulti e sostenere lo sviluppo professionale dei formatori per adulti” (IPAL). Il progetto ha una durata di 24 mesi, a partire da dicembre 2020.

Insieme al capofila Tribeka Training Lab (Spagna), e ai partner AKEP (Grecia), EUROPEAN CENTER FOR QUALITY  (Bulgaria) e WISAMAR (Germania), Promimpresa persegue l’obiettivo di garantire la qualità nell’educazione degli adulti.

L’obiettivo principale del progetto è estendere e sviluppare le competenze degli educatori, sviluppare strumenti per monitorare l’efficacia delle politiche di apprendimento degli adulti e introdurre pratiche innovative nell’era digitale.

Gli obiettivi specifici del progetto IPAL sono:

1. SVILUPPO DI STRUMENTI DI MONITORAGGIO

aumentare la consapevolezza e la cultura della qualità e della rilevanza nelle organizzazioni di educazione degli adulti

2. SVILUPPO DI RISORSE DI FORMAZIONE

aumentare le competenze specifiche degli educatori e fornire uno sviluppo professionale continuo

I principali gruppi target di IPAL sono: I CENTRI DI FORMAZIONE PER ADULTI ed i FORMATORI per ADULTI: attraverso i 3 output intellettuali, IPAL si rivolge a loro per garantire lo sviluppo professionale continuo dei formatori e la qualità delle organizzazioni.
